Body Pilates Online Pilates Class Schedule

Simply select a class, fill in your email address and Nicola will email you a Zoom link to your chosen class. The first class is free, if you choose to join regularly then payment is £7 per class or £35 per month for unlimited classes, payable by bank transfer.

Beginners
Anyone is welcome to join this class, even if you have no experience of pilates. If you have back or neck ache this would be a good class to join as it is gentle. This is a good Pilates class for back pain.

Intermediate
This class is suitable if you have done some pilates before but perhaps not recently.

Progressive Intermediate
If you have done pilates regularly previously.

Advanced
For students who have enjoyed pilates regularly for over 6 months with no health problems.

Intro

Body Pilates is run by Nicola Smith, who is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association and has taught Pilates for 20 years.

Nicola teaches classes with a maximum of 12 participants to ensure each client receives individual attention. Regular Pilates sessions will strengthen your whole body, relieve backache and improve your mental health. Face to Face classes will resume later in 2021.

Classes are available in three locations in the Southend and Leigh area.

Class Fees

£30 — One on one class

In a nutshell Pilates changes the way in which we use our bodies. It changes muscle recruitment patterns, correcting common muscle imbalances, restoring good alignment and natural normal movement.
